Arcadia Lite is located in Central Phoenix, just outside of Arcadia proper. Neighborhood boundaries are considered the area between 32nd Street and 44th Street, from Camelback Rd south to Indian School Rd. Not to forget a small pocket just east of 44th St and south of the canal. Its central location puts residents close to the Biltmore area, Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport and the best dining and entertainment in the Valley.
2 / What is the difference between Arcadia and Arcadia Lite?
Arcadia and Arcadia Lite share many of the same things people love about this part of Phoenix, but the homes and lots can be quite different.
Arcadia proper begins at 44th Street and is known for larger lots, mature landscaping, citrus trees (due to it being a citrus grove back in the day) and higher-priced luxury homes. Arcadia Lite sits directly to the west and typically offers smaller lots with a mix of original ranch homes, beautifully remodeled properties and newer construction.

You should know that Arcadia Lite almost has its own “quadrants” — that’s what I like to call them, even though there are really six or seven different pockets within the neighborhood. Each has its own way of living, price points, lot sizes and feel.
